Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prosvera AI (“Prosvera”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit prosvera.space, create an account, or use the Prosvera application.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

1. Who we are

Prosvera AI provides AI-assisted B2B prospecting software: company discovery, enrichment, qualification and draft outreach for human approval. The marketing site is available at https://prosvera.space and the product workspace may be offered on a related application host.

For privacy requests related to your workspace, contact your organization owner inside the product, or use the Contact page after signing in so the request can be tied to a real organization.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data processed in connection with our website, registration, authentication, billing, support, and the Prosvera SaaS platform. It does not replace your own privacy notice if you use Prosvera to process prospect or contact data as a customer.

When you upload, import, discover or message business contacts, you are typically the controller of that customer data. Prosvera acts as a processor / service provider for that workspace data, processing it on your instructions to provide the service.

3. Data we collect

Depending on how you use Prosvera, we may process:

  • Account data: name, work email, password (stored hashed), language preferences and authentication session data.
  • Organization data: workspace name, membership, roles and billing plan status.
  • Customer content: ICP settings, imported CSV data, discovered companies, leads, messages, campaigns, suppressions and related notes you store in Prosvera.
  • Integration data: credentials and configuration for discovery, contact or email providers you choose to connect.
  • Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, device information, logs, AI usage metrics and product analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Communication data: messages you send to us about support, billing or security.

Prosvera is designed to use configured legitimate data providers and public company information. It is not designed to scrape private personal data, invent contacts, or bypass CAPTCHA or access controls.

4. Why we process data (purposes and legal bases)

We process personal data to:

  • Provide and operate the service (contract / performance of a contract).
  • Create and secure accounts, prevent abuse and investigate incidents (legitimate interests and, where required, legal obligation).
  • Process subscriptions, invoices and payments (contract and legal obligation).
  • Improve reliability, features and documentation of the product (legitimate interests).
  • Comply with law, enforce terms and respond to lawful requests (legal obligation / legitimate interests).
  • Send service notices about the product, security or billing (contract / legitimate interests). Marketing emails, if any, are sent only where permitted and with an unsubscribe option.

5. How prospecting data is handled

Company and contact records in your workspace come from sources you configure or import, plus public information enrichment where enabled. Qualification scores and AI summaries are decision-support tools based on available evidence; they are not guarantees of conversion or intent.

Outreach drafts remain under human review. You decide what is approved and sent. Suppression and unsubscribe controls help you honor opt-outs for campaign sending.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers that run the application, databases and email delivery on our behalf.
  • Payment and billing processors for subscription management.
  • AI and data providers you or we configure to power discovery, enrichment, scoring or drafting features.
  • Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.

Organization members see workspace data according to their role. Platform administrators, where configured, may access operational information needed to keep the service running.

7. International transfers

Prosvera may process data in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections with processors) for cross-border transfers.

8. Retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your organization uses the service and as needed for backups, dispute resolution, security logs and legal obligations. You may request deletion of a workspace through an organization owner; residual copies in backups are removed on a rolling schedule.

9. Security measures

We apply organizational and technical measures appropriate to a multi-tenant B2B SaaS product, including organization-scoped access, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and controls around stored integration credentials. See the Security page for a product-oriented summary. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights about your Prosvera account or workspace content, sign in and contact your organization owner, or open a request from an authenticated workspace so we can verify identity and scope.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, locale preference, security and basic product operation. We do not use advertising trackers as a core part of the product experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may break sign-in.

12. Children

Prosvera is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can delete it.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a revision. Material changes may also be communicated in-product or by email to account owners.
