Practical answers for getting started, fixing empty discovery results, reviewing outreach, managing team access, billing and integrations.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

1. Getting started

  1. Create an account at https://platform.prosvera.space/register.
  2. Confirm you are in the correct organization (workspace).
  3. Open Settings → ICP and describe industries, geography, size, roles and exclusions.
  4. Run Discovery and review candidate companies before generating messages.
  5. Connect an email account before you approve and send outreach.

The free plan is enough to explore the workflow. Upgrade from Billing when you need API access, webhooks, higher volumes or contact discovery.

2. Empty or weak discovery results

  • Tighten or broaden ICP filters one dimension at a time (industry vs geography vs size).
  • Remove overly strict exclusions and rare job-title combinations.
  • Confirm your plan still has discovery quota under Billing → Usage.
  • Check whether another discovery job is already running - concurrent jobs are limited.
  • If results look unrelated, re-open the job filters and confirm the ICP you intended was saved.

3. Qualification scores look wrong

Scores measure ICP fit with visible reasons - not how likely a company is to buy. If HIGH_FIT looks wrong, adjust ICP weights indirectly by changing target industries, titles and exclusions, then re-qualify. Prefer evidence you can defend in a sales conversation.

4. Outreach stuck in review

  • Only Owners and Admins can approve, reject or send.
  • Open the draft, verify company and role fields, edit the reason for writing, then approve.
  • Regenerate if the draft is generic; reject if the lead should not be contacted.
  • Sending requires a connected email account and a non-suppressed address.

5. Suppressions and unsubscribe

Prosvera checks suppressions before send. Reasons include UNSUBSCRIBED, BOUNCED, MANUAL and COMPLAINT. Recipients who use the signed unsubscribe link are added automatically. Add competitors or personal addresses manually when needed.

6. Team and roles

  • Owner: billing, API keys, webhooks, invites, full campaign control.
  • Admin: discovery, qualification, approve/send, campaign start/pause.
  • Member: day-to-day work with fewer privileged actions.

Invite teammates from Team settings. Remove access when someone leaves so workspace data stays limited to active members.

7. Billing, seats and limits

Open Billing for plan, usage meters, invoices and payment method. If a feature is locked (API keys, webhooks, scheduled discovery), your current plan does not include it. Owners upgrade or resume subscriptions from the same page. For Enterprise requirements, use Contact after signing in so the request is tied to your organization.

8. API keys and webhooks

  • API access requires Pro or higher. Create keys under Settings → API keys (Owner).
  • Webhooks require Business or Enterprise. Create HTTPS endpoints under Settings → Webhooks.
  • Use the Test action to verify your receiver and signature before relying on events.
  • Never commit keys or webhook secrets to public repositories.

Full endpoint and signature details are on the API page under Resources.

9. Still stuck?

Check Documentation for the end-to-end workflow, Guides for ICP and outreach walkthroughs, and Contact for account-specific issues. Include your organization name and the job or campaign ID when reporting a failure.
