Every AI-generated message starts as a draft. Open it, confirm company and role fields are real, edit the reason for writing, then approve or reject. Owners and Admins control approve, reject and send.
Approval checklist
Reject or regenerate when any of these fail.
- The company and contact could not be swapped for another row on the list.
- The reason for writing references something specific and current.
- Claims in the draft match enrichment evidence - not invented facts.
- The recipient is not on suppressions (unsubscribed, bounced, manual, complaint).
Sending
Connect an email account before you send. Campaigns can batch approved messages, but suppressions and unsubscribe still apply. Prefer pause over forcing a send when deliverability or list quality looks wrong.
